The Alexander Technique

Practice the Alexander Technique with Jean-Louis Rodrigue to gain awareness in our everyday movements.


The Alexander Technique ultimately increases awareness especially to one’s posture in order to avoid muscle pain and body tension. Jean-Louis Rodrigue is an internationally recognized teacher of the Alexander Technique and a pioneer in its application to the performing arts, somatic education and health. Mr. Rodrigue has also been part of the continuing medical education faculty at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
